My Chemical Injury Ignored by California/USA Government and Justice System

I was injured in April 1990 to the point of internal bleeding passing through the rectum. Severe pain in the groin and abdomen area and 'flu-like symptoms leading to that point. Then when the pain shifted to my back I was put on medications that culminated to my whole body almost shutting down. I would have surges of severe spasms and electrical misfiring in the brain and spine then waves of complete calm to the point that I had to make myself breath to stay alive. I ended up in the Emergency Room at a local hospital then the Doctor and admissions nurses took my history and wrote it up all backwards to there version of what I was saying and my wife was telling them. The end result was hypersensitivity to medication. But ever since then I have woke to severe pain all over my whole body everyday with some days worse than others. I investigated further and we found that I have elevated Anti Nuclear Anti Bodies (ANA's) to the connective tissue to the nerves. It was determined to be environmentally caused. 

I worked with Furniture in repairs and refinishing work. My employer never trained me anything to protect me from the dangers of chemicals which is against our laws in this country. There was pure and out right negligence on the employers side and they even had the MSDS locked up in a locked drawer and in a Locked office that regular employees where not allowed into, which also was against the law. 

Now in my case I found that most people injured in this manner are sent to psychiatrists to be determined that our condition is all mental and not caused by any chemicals showing that the medical community as a whole is working with the Chemical Industry and Manufacturers and with the Pharmaceutical companies since they also use chemicals to make medications.

Our bodies can not tolerate medications because we are chemically injured and when doctors misdiagnose out condition they give us medications which only make a chemically injured person worse.

I fought as hard and as far as I could without having proper legal training also. The judge judicially even broke rules and laws and was helping the defense by stalling on the days I was to prove employer negligence through witnesses to the facts. Even still I was able to get three written statements that where signed by the witnesses that made them. In those statements it showed not only was my supervisor ignorant himself to the dangers but he preferred not wearing respirator masks. So in his preference to not do so he never trained me to do so also.

They won on the Statue of Limitations issue not medical as I more than made my point medically. If there was employer negligence then the there is suppose to be no Statute of Limitations legally speaking yet the court sided with the defense {employer}. Now I have to take care of my own medical which is expensive since I use Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture over Modern Medicine since so far modern medicine has only made me worse.

I have been forced to change my lifestyle and now the judicial system has sided with the criminals. You tell me what is just. I live with their negligence every day now and they laugh because they did not have to pay for their negligence?

Is that how your government will treat this?
